1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Payroll Bridge for QuickBooks add-on (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Payroll Bridge for QuickBooks is a third-party integration tool designed to synchronize invoice and time-tracking data from Clockify to Intuit QuickBooks Online. The Service acts strictly as a data bridge and does not independently calculate taxes, payroll, or financial reporting.

3. Account Requirements

To use the Service, you must maintain active, valid accounts with both Clockify and QuickBooks Online. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials for those respective platforms.

4. User Responsibilities

You grant us permission to access your Clockify and QuickBooks Online accounts via OAuth 2.0 to perform the data synchronization you request.

You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of the data synced to QuickBooks. While we strive for accurate data transfer, we recommend reviewing your QuickBooks dashboard after synchronization to ensure all records, including invoices, amounts, and clients, align with your expectations.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on the availability and performance of the Clockify API and the Intuit QuickBooks API. We are not responsible for interruptions, data-formatting changes, or service failures originating from these third-party platforms. Your use of Clockify and QuickBooks is governed by their respective Terms of Service and Privacy Policies.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding continuous availability, error-free operation, or absolute accuracy of the synchronization process.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Payroll Bridge for QuickBooks, its developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data corruption, or financial discrepancies resulting from the use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Termination

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by uninstalling the integration or disconnecting your account within the integration settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we detect unauthorized use, a violation of these terms, or API abuse.
